MTB Trail 23: La Vajol - Les Salines

Demanding trail that requires overcoming a very significant climb along a very intereting route, which allows us to reach one of the highest and most emblematic points of the county, the Pic de Les Salines.

Min. altitude: 271 meters, max.: 1,.078 meters

Accum. upward slope: 1,700 meters, downward: 1,698 meters.

Degree of difficulty:  Very difficult.

Finishes at starting point (circular):  Yes.

Itinerary: We leave la Vajol and go up the Coll de la Manrella. We take the Coll de Lli and Les Salines road. We head east crowning the massif of les Salines. On our left, we pass the Cabrera castle, passing through splendid woods until we arrive at the Coll de Les Cordes. We descend towards Maçanet to the fields of Mal del Mont, from here we follow a path to the Can Lleona farmhouse, and follow the road that returns to La Vajol.
