Itinerary: From the town of Cabanelles to the slope of the River Manol, the circuit takes us through crops and woods of Espinavessa to the shores of the Fluvià. From here, we travel to the Martí hills and along the Rasa coast road, we come close to the town of Navata. We follow the River Fontetes to cross the road and return to the town of Cabanelles.
