The place at Carbonills is documented from 878. From the church of Sant Feliu, there is information from the end of the 13th century. Surely after the 15th century, this parish joined Sant Cristòfol dels Horts. The church is a single nave covered with a pointed vault and semicircular apse. It south side belongs to a much later reform. Inside, it is worth pointing out the pavement, the altar stone and columns, the baptismal font and some vestiges of mural paintings, all medieval. On the north side, there remains a part of the previous pre-Romanesque temple (9th or 10th centuries): the trapezoidal apse with a barrelled vault, the triumphal horseshoe arch and the remains of the nave with a north facing door. On the south of the buildings, the fence that surrounds the old cemetery incorporates fragments of sarcophagi and other ancient elements. To the north, there are traces of dwellings from a medieval settling. From Sant Feliu de Carbonills, comes the sculpted Romanesque tombstone (12th century) that is now found in Sant Pere d'Albanyà.
